These terms apply to the Lubritex ERP (“the service”), operated by Lubritex Limited, Nigeria. By creating an account or signing in you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you use the service for.
1. Accounts
- Each person signs in with their own account. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes.
- The owner or an admin of a company decides who joins it and what role they have, and is responsible for removing people who leave.
- Turn on two-step sign-in. A company owner can make it compulsory for all staff.
2. Your data
- The records you enter (customers, contracts, loadings, invoices, payments, files) belong to your company. We do not sell them or use them for anyone else.
- Each company’s data is kept apart by the database itself; another company cannot see it.
- You can export your data at any time from the data download pages.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business. Do not try to reach data that is not yours, test its security without written permission, or overload it.
- Do not upload malware or content you have no right to share.
4. AI assistant
“Ask Okwus” answers from your company’s data using Anthropic’s Claude model (or, while it is switched on as a temporary fallback, an OpenAI model). Answers can be wrong: check figures before acting on them. The assistant never saves a change until a person clicks Confirm, and every confirmed change is logged.
5. Free public tools
The public calculators, equivalents finder and market pages are for guidance only. Prices, equivalents and market figures are indicative and are not offers. Check with us before you buy.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, with daily database backups by our hosting provider. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of its figures.
