Step 2: Tell us what you do
Pick your kind of company and what you want Okwus to run for you: customers, invoices, stock, staff, vehicles and more.
Step 3: Upload your files and records
Bring the spreadsheets and documents you already have. Okwus arranges them into folders and imports your customers and suppliers.
Step 4: We shape it around you
We set the system up around how your company works. Then your team signs in and starts.

Okwus answers from your own company’s records and nobody else’s. Each company is kept apart by the database itself.
Nothing is saved without your Confirm
Okwus can draft an invoice, a payment or a change – but it is only written after you have seen it and pressed Confirm.
Every number is checked
Each figure Okwus gives you is checked against your records before you see it. If one cannot be traced, it is marked.
Security
Your records stay yours.
Two-step sign-in
Protect accounts with an authenticator app code. A company owner can make it compulsory for everyone.
Every change recorded
Changes to your records are logged with who made them and when – including every change made through Okwus.
Data isolated per company
Access rules in the database keep each company’s records separate, on every request.
Card details only at Paystack
Card payments happen on Paystack’s own checkout page. Card numbers never reach Okwus.
Questions
How do we start?
Create your company, choose a plan and pay by card or bank transfer through Paystack. Your workspace opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the plan renews automatically unless you switch that off.
Can Okwus change my records on its own?
No. Okwus can look things up and prepare a change, but nothing is saved until you press Confirm. It never deletes records.
Can other companies on Okwus see our data?
No. Each company only ever sees its own records. This is enforced by the database, not just by the screens.
Our business is not in your list. Can we still use Okwus?
Yes. Choose “Something else” when you sign up and tell us what you do. The core – customers, money, people, files and the assistant – works for any company, and we set the rest up with you.
Do we have to move all our data in on day one?
No. Start with what you have. Upload files and lists as you go; Okwus sorts them into folders and imports customers and suppliers, and our team helps you in your first month.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Okwus runs in the browser on computers and phones, and you can add it to your phone’s home screen like an app.
