How billing works
Prices per month, excl. VAT
All prices are per company per month in naira, before 7.5% VAT.
Monthly, quarterly or annual
Quarterly billing is 3 months at a time. Annual billing is 10 months’ price for 12 months – 2 months free.
Pay and start
Choose a plan when you create your company. Your workspace opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Card or bank transfer
Pay through Paystack by card or bank transfer. Card details are entered on Paystack’s page, never on ours.
Automatic renewal
Plans renew automatically from a saved card. You can switch this off in Settings → Plan & billing.
Change plan any time
Upgrades take effect immediately – you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Users per plan
Each plan includes a number of users. Move up a plan when your team grows past it.

Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
No. You choose a plan when you create your company and pay by card or bank transfer; the workspace opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. Monthly billing lets you start small.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. Prices are shown before VAT; 7.5% VAT is added on each invoice.
How do I pay?
Through Paystack, by card or bank transfer. If you pay by card you can save it so the plan renews automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Switch off automatic renewal in Settings → Plan & billing and the plan will not renew at the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens when we need more users?
Upgrade to the next plan. The upgrade takes effect straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period.
Can we move to a smaller plan?
Yes. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for until then.
